Five rules for choosing better
- Pick one clear goal first. Do not build a giant stack on day one.
- Keep it simple. Two or three useful products beat a cupboard full of random bottles.
- Give it time. Most routines need consistency before you can judge them properly.
- Pay attention to how you feel. Energy, sleep, digestion, recovery and adherence matter more than hype.
- Use judgement. If you are pregnant, on medication, managing a condition or unsure where to start, talk to a qualified health professional.
