Five rules for choosing better

  1. Pick one clear goal first. Do not build a giant stack on day one.
  2. Keep it simple. Two or three useful products beat a cupboard full of random bottles.
  3. Give it time. Most routines need consistency before you can judge them properly.
  4. Pay attention to how you feel. Energy, sleep, digestion, recovery and adherence matter more than hype.
  5. Use judgement. If you are pregnant, on medication, managing a condition or unsure where to start, talk to a qualified health professional.
