What's the shipping cost?

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $100. For smaller orders or international destinations, rates depend on location and carrier.

When will I receive my products?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Delivery time then depends on destination and carrier. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What's your refund policy?

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order has not entered fulfilment yet, we will do our best to stop it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit.

Where are the products manufactured?

What does the subscription give me?

On eligible products, subscriptions give you automatic recurring delivery so you do not run out. Any subscription pricing or savings are shown on the product page before purchase.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You can cancel future renewals before the next renewal charge is processed. If a renewal order has already been charged, it will be handled under the normal refund policy.
